I simply loved it. Be thou my vision has been played at every Christening, Wedding and Funeral in my family for generations so was particularly moving. The ecumenical message of gratitude and hope uplifted my heart! Thank you

  • Alexander Cupples

Thank you so so much. It has brought me to tears seeing the Irish church sing in unity in all these shapes, sounds and colours

  • Markus from Switzerland

Great idea, thanks for the encouraging blessing and its vision. Our hope is in the Almighty and eternal God.

  • Martin Decrinis

The irish blessing reached the mountains of Austria on pentecosts evening to move our hearts. Thank you all !

  • Sylvia McKee

I absolutely loved this. You brought my beautiful homeland together as one and it filled my heart and soul with great joy. I was born in Belfast City Hospital and It was great to see that it was included in this amazing video as well as Dublin, the birthplace of my mother. I love my homeland. Thank you.

  • Eleanor Muller

Thank God, Thank You for our Families & Friends that live in that little island across the Atlantic Ocean—- Ireland— that prayer & the people who participated brought the rainbow to a broken United States of America. To our friend Thomas MacNicholas, thank you for sending us hope & love.

  • Mary Palermo

Thank you for such an amazing experience – I keep replaying the blessing since my friend sent it to me the other day. It has brought me such calm and joy and hope. I keep looking to see if I recognize anyone involved. Such a huge undertaking which is travelling around the world! Thanks again – a very grateful Irish lady in the US

  • Hannah-Mary oDonoghue

Thank you all for this beautiful rendition of a blessing over Ireland & beyond… I was glad to see that Co. Kerry, land of my birth, was represented! It brought tears to my eyes… and much joy to my soul. Again, THANK YOU to each person who contributed. God bless all of you & your families.

  • Beryl

Thank you for The Irish Blessing – from Western Australia – what a blessing for us all in the diaspora

  • Erin Clary

Tears are running down my face. It is Sunday and our activities are still limited but this video was ‘going to church’ for me. Beautiful and touching. When I am in Ireland I feel like every step is on Holy Ground. The Irish people, my heritage, have suffered so much over all the years but God has always been constant. How wonderful, after all the burdens, to see inclusivity so clearly. God loves us all. May God bless all who had a part in bringing this blessing to others.

  • Christina McKerrow

Good morning, blessed people. My brother-in-law (in Bangor) sent me the Irish Blessing this morning.
I read that you have over 300 churches involved and I am inviting you to add me – one more – from Canada. I live in Kingston, Ontario and am a member in St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church. We have been blessed to have virtual worship services for the past 13 weeks, and have two other opportunities to keep in touch with one another.
At the moment there is no sign of our churches opening up.
Last month the sermons focused upon the island of Iona, Columba and the Celtic Crosses. At the moment I am working on a project on the Island and its Irish/Scottish history. A number of years ago, I spent a week on that island – it was a revelation to be on that thin place. Christina McKerrow

  • Brenda Dhaene

this brought me to tears and Be Thou My Vision is one of my favorite hymns. this I have shared with many people on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
    Brenda (nee O’Connor) Dhaene – Duncan, B.C.

  • Christine Day

This was so wonderful and uplifting to watch. It is one of my most favourite hymns. The image of the Peace Bridge in my home town of Londonderry was really special, as well as the names of many places I know in Londonderry and Belfast.
Thank you so much from Sarnia, Ontario, Canada

  • Brother Christopher Ford, FSC

This made my day. God bless you all for bringing so many people together to do this! Thank you so much for this musical gift.

  • Ed Santavicca

What a very moving, uplifting and worshipful experience! I live in the US, but my grandmother came over from Ireland 100 years ago and I still feel the pull to that great island! It is so wonderful to see the Christian unity in this performance. Thank you.

  • Stacy Aannestad

I’ve been a bit obsessed lately with these “The Blessing” videos from around the world (“The Blessing” being the Bethel Music/Kari Jobe worship song), and have loved them all, but the fact that you all did your own IRISH blessing with “Be Thou My Vision” just charmed my socks off (metaphorically speaking — I was barefoot at the time). Well done all of you. Beautiful, touching, soul-stirring, and so thoroughly Irish, while also being so thoroughly universal to the entire body of Christ. I love that Moya Brennan is in this — and that she is just “one of the body” and not highlighted as a celebrity. Thank you for blessing Ireland and the world with this gorgeous piece.

  • Jonas Laurince

I really like the Irish blessing, specially the words of Saint Patrick at the end of the song and the Aaronic Blessing in several languages !!!

    May God bless you !!!

  • Clare Keany

What a joy to watch! I got goosebumps and tears. The scenery was breathtaking and I clapped so the whole household could hear. Just beautiful!

  • Lynn Nadjarian

My Celtic heritage pulls at my heart and tears come as I listen. So far away from Australia n we feel part of you still even though it’s over 100b years since my forebears came here. I think our minds n hearts have a memory, it’s in our DNA! Go softly n safely ❤

  • Leslie Patricia Kroskiewicz Romano

I am not Irish, but I always wished I was. I was born on March 17, St. Patrick’s Day, as has a member of my mom’s family, every generation for as long as she knows.
Every time I hear this YouTube, I cry tears of great joy and I feel connected to the singers. I am in the bell choir and the regular choir, and miss not practicing with them. Now when I feel alone, I play this video and know that we are all connected thru our Lord Daddy, and I feel the cleansing that comes from that acknowledgement, and then the warmth of knowing that we are not alone, We Are the Body!
    Thank you

  • Don Letson

Thank you for the Irish Blessing from Boston Massachusetts! My heart melts every time I watch this. God bless you all.

  • Janel R Rice

This is beautiful! How would I go about getting permission (or purchasing) for usage for a virtual worship service on March 14, 2021? If you grant permission for this to be used in this way? We are a small congregation in America that worships on Zoom with a livestream onto Youtube. Calvary Moravian Church Allentown.

  • Tom Plante

Wow! This is so awesome. I now end all of my courses at Santa Clara University, a Catholic, Jesuit university, with this recording as a way of offering a blessing to the students as they finish the class. Thanks for doing this….it makes those of us with Irish and Christian blood weep…in a good way!

  • Melissa Dawn Ward

Greetings and Blessings from the USA!!
I cannot stop crying- my heart is so overwhelmed!! The worship in this video is so powerful! Blessings to all who gave and shared your gift of love and music to make this video possible!! Please pray for our Great, yet hurting and deeply divided country.

    Gob Bless You!
