The Irish Blessing has now been viewed HALF A MILLION times on YouTube. In that time, we have been inundated with positive comments from every corner of the world. It has been used in streamed worship services far and wide and played all over the world, across multiple platforms, including a wide variety of radio and television channels. We released The Irish Blessing in the spirit of Pentecost and our generous God of surprises, from whom all blessings flow, has made of it more than we ever anticipated. Our hearts are full of gratitude to our gracious God; Father, Son and Holy Spirit;  and to all of you who have…

  • Each one of you is a part of it!

“Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.” 1 Corinthians 12:27   The scale of this project has surpassed all expectations! We could never have anticipated that we would have almost 420 submissions from 300 churches and Christian organisations across Ireland. Miraculously, our team managed to include every single vocal and instrumental audio recording submitted, into the audio mix! The monumental task of editing the video is now underway. Given the volume of submissions, the length of the song, and the time constraints we are under, it will be technically impossible to feature everyone in the video, although our team is…

  • Who Will You Bless?

The Irish Blessing will ring out over the island of Ireland on Sunday 31st May, Pentecost; blessing all our key-workers and those they are caring for. Each person who submitted a recording was asked to name a local facility or organisation to dedicate their blessing to. This could be, a care home, hospital, foodbank, local charity. community volunteer orgnisation, post office, local shop, transport service, or any other facility or organisation whose staff have continued to work all through the lockdown to keep the rest of us safe. We would invite all of you who are following The Irish Blessing to identify a facility/organisation in your local area that you…

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again…The response to The Irish Blessing has been amazing with submissions from every corner of Ireland. • A Special Prayer

Br. Darren O’Reilly, a consecrated Brother of Koinonia John the Baptist, offered us all this beautiful prayer today. We thought it deserved a place on our website so that you might pray it together with us,  over the coming days! Lord, Your gift of love, Your promise of presence, Your covenant of hope, are the foundations of this ministry – a project in preparation for centuries, but an alliance from the beginning of age. Your people are suffering, and as we cry out for blessing, for hope, for strength, for new life; we know that You hear, we know that You care and we know that You are in control.…

  • We are working hard…

Because you have worked so hard to make your recordings, our team is working hard to ensure that we receive all the submissions. Please be patient with us. It may take a while for us to respond to you but we will do our best to get through the vast correspondence! Keep the prayers going for, “With God all things are possible!”

  • The Power of Prayer

We’ve had a super response to The Irish Blessing with submissions coming in thick and fast. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to participate. And good news, you still have until 12pm tomorrow to submit, if you haven’t already done so! To bring us the rest of the way, we would ask that you pray for everyone involved in this project; from all of those working in the background to make it happen, to those participating by submitting recordings. Ultimately, this project is all about our frontline workers and all those they are working so hard to help and who need our prayers like never before. In…
